Warranty Policy

1. We offer a 6-month warranty on all products purchased through our website or registered for warranty on our website if purchased through a third party vendor. This covers any manufacturing defects or faults in materials under normal use.

2. What’s Not Covered

This guarantee does not apply to:

● Damage caused by improper handling (e.g. scratches, dents, cracks, warping)

● Wear and tear from regular use (e.g. pads, finishes, coatings)

● DIY repairs, modifications, or alterations

● Misuse or use not aligned with the product’s intended purpose

● Using incorrect or incompatible spare parts

● Intentional damage, tampering, or repair attempts by unauthorized persons

● Damage due to improper installation

● Accidental damage (e.g. drops, spills, impacts)

3. To be eligible for a quality guarantee claim:

● The product must still be within the 6-month guarantee period.

● The return package must include:

● A detailed description of the issue or damage

● A valid proof of purchase (e.g. invoice, receipt)

Claims that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for processing.

4. Quality guarantee complaints about the Goods may be submitted by e-mail to the Seller's e-mail

5. Shipping for Inspection

The customer is responsible for sending the product to us for inspection, at their own expense. The

shipment must include a description of the issue and proof of purchase.

6. Claim Review Timeline

We aim to review all quality guarantee claims within 14 days. In exceptional cases, this may take up to 30 days. If additional time is required, we will inform you.

Please note: Not responding within the timeline does not imply automatic approval of the claim.

7. Resolution of Approved Claims

If the claim is approved, we will either:

● Repair the product as quickly as possible (timeline to be mutually agreed), or

● Replace it with a defect-free unit, if repair is not feasible or would incur excessive cost.

8. Repair Timeline

If a repair is approved, it will be completed within 30 days from the date the claim is accepted.

9. Unjustified Claims

If the claim is not accepted, we will return the product to you at your expense, along with a written explanation for the rejection.
