Which wood type should I choose for my Kansoki product?

Our products are crafted from sustainably sourced solid wood, each finished to showcase its natural grain and feel:

  • European Ash – Light and smooth, with a clean, refined look. Its oil finish highlights the wood’s natural warmth, adding modern elegance to your workspace.
  • American Walnut – Deep and rich, with bold grain enhanced by an oil finish. A timeless choice for a warm, premium touch.
  • Mango Wood – Strong and practical, sealed with lacquer for a sleek, durable surface. A subtle, sturdy option with solid wood strength.

What if my accessory arrives damaged?

We put great care into packaging, but if your product arrives damaged, don’t worry. Just contact us with your order details and photos of the issue we’ll replace it right away.

Does the product have a warranty?

Yes. Every Kansoki product comes with a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects. If you notice an issue with the craftsmanship or material, contact us — we’ll repair or replace it.

Normal wear and tear or accidental damage aren’t covered. To extend the life of your product, we also offer a repair service outside of warranty.

Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy Orders are processed within one working day, and tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp and email.

Return Policy We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days for a unused product with its orignal Packaging and all accessories and inserts if any.
